Tycoon game dev is a game where well you have a small company you can name it what ever you want and you make your own character which runs the company and then you can hire staff. There you make games and earn money. When you start to make a game you choose what type your game is then you choose which category you want it to be. You then choose what is name is and you select the engine which you make with upgrades and development. Then you choose the graphics and sound and story and AI then many other game things which you aggust by what category it is, for example if you are making a strategy game you don't need to focus much on the story line and dialogues, and for an RPG game you focus on story, gameplay and dialogues. So after your game you wait for a while for your player to fix the bugs then you release it and you get a review from game reviewers and they will give you like a 6 or an 8 or 4. You then get the money and the money you get start to decrease after is been released after a while then it becomes off the market. So when you decide to release it or not it gives you experience to level up your tech and your player. Then with the money you can get new topics and research more and you just keep increasing.
